În loc de rețetă de eclere aperitiv pentru masa de Paște, să spunem rețetă de chiftele aperitiv pentru sezonul de primăvară, pregătite de către Iuliana Ghinea, bucătarul principal de la Prestige Orchestra.

Iuliana Ghinea, the member of Prestige Orchestra, loves both music and cooking. Before heading to the Amalfi Coast to spend Easter holidays with her family, she prepared a delicious aperitif recipe for her loved ones and decided to share it with the world as well. This dish is not typically associated with Easter, but it is extremely tasty – eclair shells filled with cheese and cedar sauce, seasoned with crispy bacon.

According to Iuliana, for the Easter day, she will cook a mixture of traditional and international dishes: „We will have sarmale in vine leaves, beef salad, chicken soup, salmon tart with pistachio, eclair shells with cheese and cedar sauce seasoned with crispy bacon, beetroot salad with garlic and mayonnaise. I’ll also share my aperitif recipe, as surely you have already prepared the rest.”

To make the recipe, you need 40 eclair shells, 200 grams of Philadelphia cheese, 200 grams of sheep cheese, 200 grams of bacon, and 250 grams of cedar sauce.

Start by dicing the bacon and frying it in a pan without adding any oil. When done, remove the bacon onto a towel. Next, combine the sheep cheese and Philadelphia cheese with a part of the fried bacon until you obtain a paste to fill the eclair shells. In a frying pan, melt the cedar sauce until it becomes slightly fluid and then pass each shell filled with cheese paste through it. Sprinkle the rest of the bacon on top of the shells.

Apart from cooking, Iuliana is planning an exciting trip to the Amalfi Coast. She loves traveling and admires the fantastic landscape there, where the sea and the mountains come together.

Iuliana’s message to everyone for Easter is simple yet powerful, „We wish you a lot of love during the Easter holidays!”
